ENGINEER FOR THE AREAS OF 1D GAS EXCHANGE, PERFORMANCE AND ACOUSTIC SIMULATION

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical development of the acoustic and vibrations in the areas of engine development
  • Simulation of the engine performance simulations with 1-dimensional software
  • Review the goals and making any necessary appropriate measures to achieve the objectives
  • Evaluation, summary, interpretation and documentation of results and suggest the modifications in the geometry
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
  • To assist in the further development of the acoustics software

Our requirements:

  • Graduation in engineering (mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, physics, etc.) with a focus on acoustics, combustion of the engines
  • Background of using 1D gas dynamic simulation software like Wave, GT-Power or similar software, as analysis tools
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German and English
